General Resources

  • Information Updates for Alumni: Through this online form you can update your home and business information with the University. If you prefer to update your information via email or you would like to submit additional information, please email us at HSAlumni@pitt.edu.
  • Request a Transcript: Request official transcripts from the University
  • Pitt Bookstore: The official store for University merchandise, including clothing, gifts, and textbooks
  • Documenting Pitt – Online Archives: More than 200,000 pages of text are searchable along with hundreds of images that visually depict some of the many people, buildings and events that comprise Pitt history. It includes commencement programs and yearbooks.
  • Project Tycho: A Pitt project to advance the availability and use of public health data for science and policy making. The Project Tycho™ database includes data from all weekly notifiable disease reports for the U.S. dating back to 1888. Data is freely available to anybody interested.
  • Pitt Alumni Association: Resource for all University alumni including membership, regional clubs, affinity councils, and university-wide events.
  • Pitt Innovation Institute: This Innovation Institute eBook explains the fundamentals of licensing your innovation. Subtopics in the eBook cover the basics of the licensing process from submitting a disclosure to filing for a patent and attracting industry partners. If you've conducted research that has commercial potential or have been working on an innovation you want to take to market, this eBook will help you get started and understand the critical steps. 

Health Sciences Centers and Offices

  • Health Sciences Diversity Office: The Office of Health Sciences Diversity exists to foster an inclusive environment for students, trainees, and faculty within the health professions schools and to increase the number of well-trained professionals who reflect different cultures, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, abilities, genders, religious affiliations and sexual orientations
  • The Office of Academic Career Development (OACD) is responsible for providing services and support for postdoctoral education in the Schools of Dental Medicine, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and Health and Rehabilitation Science.
  • Office of Science Education Outreach, Health Science: Dedicated to providing opportunities and resources to enable you to understand “how science works”, the Office of Science Education Outreach (OSEO), Health Sciences, at the University of Pittsburgh is your partner to empower creative thinking that is the hallmark of today’s cutting-edge research in the biomedical sciences
  • Office of Research, Health Sciences (OORHS) offers support services, including assistance in developing competitive grant applications, for investigators throughout the Graduate School of Public Health, the School of Dental Medicine, the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, the School of Medicine, the School of Nursing, and the School of Pharmacy.
